About me
MY HISTORY
I've been fascinated by human behavior for as long as I can remember — not in a clinical way, but in a deeply human one. How we move through the world. How we react under pressure. How much of what we do is shaped by things we've never consciously chosen.
That curiosity deepened in my late teens, but everything truly shifted when I became pregnant. The desire to grow was no longer just about becoming a “better version” of myself — it was about becoming a steadier, more present for my daughter. That moment marked the beginning of a transformation that is still unfolding today.
My first profound experience with breath happened during childbirth. In the intensity of labor, I discovered something simple and powerful: when you work with your breath, your experience changes. Pain, fear, and overwhelm no longer take over in the same way. That moment didn't just support me through birth — it opened a door.
A door into healing, awareness, and reconnection.
As I navigated a demanding career, single motherhood, and unresolved emotional wounds, I reached a point where mindset alone was no longer enough. Pushing through stopped working. That's when I found somatic healing — not as a technique to fix myself, but as a way to finally listen to my body.
By learning to feel instead of override, to regulate instead of control, I began integrating mind, body, and nervous system. This work didn't “repair” me — it reminded me that I was already whole. It helped me release survival patterns that were no longer needed and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, clarity, and self-trust.
That experience became the foundation of my work.
MY MISSION
I am here to support you in reconnecting with yourself — not by fixing you, but by creating the conditions where change can happen naturally.
Through breathwork, somatic healing, and conscious guidance, I offer a space where your system can soften, your body can exhale, and insight can land without force. A space where healing isn't about becoming someone new, but about returning to what's already there.
This work honors your intelligence, your history, and your resilience. Nothing about you is wrong. Much of what you carry once kept your brain feeling safe.
MY PURPOSE
My purpose is to guide others toward deeper self-connection and inner steadiness — in life, relationships, and work.
I combine breathwork, somatic practices, and coaching to offer tools that are practical, embodied, and grounded in real life. Whether you're seeking more regulation, clarity, or alignment, my role isn't to tell you who to become — it's to help you hear yourself more clearly.
Because sustainable change doesn't come from pressure, it comes from safety, presence, and trust.
You don't need fixing. You need space to come home to yourself.
